WWE Raw Result And Report For September 11: Highlights, Match Ratings, Winners And Losers

1 years ago By Jhon Woug

The September 11th episode of Monday Night Raw takes place at the Norfolk Scope in Norfolk, Virginia. The packed stadium witnessed the onset of dominance as the Ring General marched down to address his admirers, only to be interrupted by Olympian Chad Gable. The jaw-dropping action on the card kept the fans on their feet the whole night. The action that unfolded is as follows:

  1. Jey Uso and Kevin Owens vs. The Judgement Day( with Dominik Mysterio)

The match began, and right away, the strength of Damien Priest became evident. The pure aggression and size of this laser-focused superstar are what keep Judgement Day protected from any hiccups. The match then went to a technical battle between Jey Uso and Finn Balor. The remaining hesitation, if any, was cleared when KO entered the action. Remember, this is the same Kevin Owens who has already done the India tour and returned in time for the match.

The match was pretty even, but the constant attention from Dirty Dom and the teamwork of Judgement Day allowed Balor to pick up the win after a beautiful coup de grace.

Winners: The Judgement Day

  1. The Miz vs. Akira Tozawa

The A-Lister is definitely not a crowd favourite, but he certainly got the crowd going when The Miz gave up an early lead and allowed Tozawa to deliver a combination of icks. But the most must-see WWE superstar left no hope after connecting with the skull-crushing finale to pick up the win.

Winner: The Miz

  1. Drew McIntyre vs. Xavier Woods

The Scottish Warrior proved too strong for Xavier Woods and taught the latter a lesson. McIntyre pretty much set the pace and ended all hopes of a comeback for Woods after the Big Man hit Woods with a Claymore to pick up the win.

Winner: Drew McIntyre

  1. Chelsea Green vs. Shayna Baszler

Shayna Baszler is known for giving squash matches, and she has garnered a reputation that is going to bother her future opponents. Baszler made quick work of Chelsea Green and was confronted later by Zoey Stark.

Winner: Shayna Baszler

  1. Imperium vs. Alpha Academy and Tomasso Ciampa

The 6-man tag match was filled with twists and turns. The match saw the great in-ring chemistry of Ludwig Kaiser, Giovanni Vinci, and the man they all came to see, Gunther. Despite that, resilience paid off, and the Ring General couldn’t stop Vinci from submitting and tapping out to Chad Gable.

Winners: Alpha Academy and Tomasso Ciampa

  1. Rhea Ripley vs. Raquel Rodriguez

The WWE Women’s World Championship was on the line for this one. A feud that has got everyone in the locker room speaking. Rhea Ripley, for the first time in months, looked very vulnerable. An evenly contested bout that went out of the ring saw a returning Nia Jax interfere. Nia Jax took out Rodriguez and left the crowd in utter disbelief. Before she could settle, Mami hit Raquel Rodriguez with a big kick followed by a rip tide.

Winner: Rhea Ripley
