The lawsuit also claims that McMahon breached an agreement that would have seen Miley become a WWE employee with a substantial monthly salary of $70 thousand.

During WWE’s second-quarter 2023 financial report submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company officially confirmed the unfolding events. The disclosure stated, “On July 17, 2023, federal law enforcement agents executed a search warrant and served a federal grand jury subpoena on Mr. McMahon. No charges have been brought in these investigations.” McMahon steadfastly maintains his innocence and denies any deliberate wrongdoing related to the matter.

Wiley’s legal action targets both Vince McMahon and WWE in the United States District Court of The Western District of Pennsylvania.
