Roman Reigns to bring back Apollo Crews after 15-month hiatus?

1 years ago By Sports Desk

Roman Reigns finds himself in a precarious situation where he can no longer trust his own family members, The Usos. They seek to bring Solo Sikoa to their side after his departure from The Bloodline.

As the highly anticipated WWE SummerSlam approaches, fans believe that Jey Uso could finally be the one to dethrone The Tribal Chief and take his World Championship. However, Reigns is a cunning strategist and is well aware of the potential betrayal by Solo Sikoa, just like his brothers. It is speculated that he may have already made alternative plans to counter this threat.

Roman Reigns to get help from WWE RAW’s Apollo Crews?

In the past, Roman Reigns played a pivotal role in shaping Apollo Crews’ career. While on SmackDown, Reigns mentored Crews, teaching him how to elevate himself in the ring. Since then, Crews has had a successful stint on NXT and has been competing in main events. However, his departure from SmackDown in April 2022 left his connection with The Tribal Chief in question.

The addition of Sami Zayn to The Bloodline earlier this year demonstrated that Reigns doesn’t necessarily require blood relations to build his stable. This allows him to recruit new talents from the current roster and mold them in the same manner he has done with his family.

Apollo Crews could be the first loyal soldier to join this new faction, potentially leading to a significant transformation within The Bloodline. The outcome of this situation heavily depends on how Reigns responds to The Usos’ betrayal.

Apollo Crews debuted in WWE in 2014 after a successful career on the independent wrestling circuit. In an exclusive interview with Byron Saxton, Crews reflected on his return to Monday Night Raw. Although he fell short in his first match back, he expressed excitement about the opportunity to demonstrate his capabilities to the WWE Universe. He acknowledged the positive reaction he received from the Raw crowd and emphasized that there is much more to come from him. He said:

“It feels good, and I gotta say, the reaction that I got was amazing. It felt great to be out there in front of the Monday Night Raw crowd. Unfortunately, couldn’t get it done tonight in the battle royal. But that’s just a little taste. There’s a lot more to go, there’s a lot more left where that came from. Just a little taste.”
