The Rock Claims That He Tore His Abdomen After Tooking The FU Off The Top From John Cena At Wrestlemania 29

1 years ago By Jhon Woug

The Great One makes sure fans have a great time whenever he is around. The Rock has made a living out of it, so much so that his name on the card sold tickets like fire. Similar was the case with most of Roman Reigns’ cousin’s movies. The People’s Champion certainly did not reserve his experience of facing John Cena at their epic match at Wrestlemania, which was announced well over a year before their match actually happened. With time on The Rock’s side, it was expected that The Rock would put up with the then-face of the company, John Cena.

John Cena, at that point in time, was the hottest thing on the market. The enigma and fanfare he brought to the sport exceeded the appeal that the Rock had. To the merit of the great one, though, his leap of faith in Hollywood paid off, and surprisingly for many, his pay packet during their match was on par with the likes of Hollywood’s highest-paid actors. But as age and ring rust would have it, the Rock, with years of absence, had lost that mobility and invisibility he once mastered. It happens to everybody in every sport as the body gets sore after years of absence. Though the rock hit the mat reportedly with other superstars months before the main event, his body gave up after a Rock Bottom from Big Match John on the Rock. The Rock mentioned that he felt like a bone came out of his body when Cena hit him with the stolen finisher. More damage followed for the megastar as he tore his abdomen after a vicious FU from Cena.

The Rock gave it his all for the Once in a Lifetime match. Never again may an icon such as the great One step foot on the big stage and the big screen. He has given millions of fans billions of moments to cheer about. But here, not far behind, is a superstar who, in his own league, is writing a story more glorifying than the Rock’s career. The Tribal Chief has taken note, and should the money be right, the Match of the Century may well happen at Roman Reigns’ yard of Crown Jewel next year between The Head of the Table and The Great One.
