WWE NXT Announces Tag Team Match For Next Week – 03rd October 2023

A tag team match has been scheduled for the upcoming episode of WWE NXT on October 3rd.

Despite the recent presentation of WWE’s NXT brand event, No Mercy, the night did not conclude without announcing a few matches for the next week’s show on the USA Network.

At WWE NXT No Mercy, Butch faced off against Noam Dar for the NXT Heritage Cup. During this match, Gallus launched an attack on Tyler Bate, who was present at ringside in support of Butch. This interference by Joe Coffey ultimately cost Butch the match.

Gallus’ interference at No Mercy not only prevented Tyler Bate from securing the Heritage Cup but also reignited an old rivalry. As a result, next week on NXT, Gallus will go head-to-head with Tyler Bate and Butch in a tag team showdown.

Furthermore, there’s another intriguing matchup on the horizon as Gigi Dolin is set to take on Blair Davenport. The animosity between these two escalated when Davenport attacked Dolin in anticipation of their scheduled match on the September 26 episode. Following Davenport’s victory over Kelani Jordan at the NXT No Mercy Kickoff Show, Dolin retaliated with a surprise attack of her own. Now, Gigi Dolin will have an opportunity to seek retribution against Blair Davenport in a singles contest.
